Coconut milk and avocado give it a lush, velvety texture, while dates are naturally sweet and help keep blood sugar balanced. Fresh ginger and turmeric offer a subtle, warming zing that helps reduce inflammation and support digestion. While spinach, chia and flax seeds ensure a long‑lasting calm.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can organic coconut milk

  • 5-7 Dates

  • 1 Cup organic spinach

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 Thumb sized chunk of fresh ginger

  • 1 Nail sized chunk of fresh turmeric

  • 1 Cup freshly squeezed or cold-pressed orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

Preparation

Toss ingredients into a high speed blender.

Blend until smooth & creamy.
